My caliper was locked up, they were able to get me in same day which was a miracle because I drive daily for a living as needed my vehicle. They were even kind enough to offer me a ride into my work so they could repair it while I was in the office!!! Thanks guys, I really do appreciate you and that’s why Im doing a review!!!

We've brought two vehicles here over the past year and have been happy with the quality of the service and the price. Their staff is very knowledgable and there are no surprises.

Very nice people. Lounge area for people who wish to wait for there vehicles to get repaired is really nice. I would recommend your place to anyone who ask for a recommendation for automotive repair.

After unexpected issues with my car, they were able to get me in to see a mechanic right away. They worked quickly to find and solve the problem. The front desk receptionists were so kind and welcoming as we were traveling with two dogs and an infant. They were helpful and very accommodating! We appreciated the amazing service and cleanliness of the space which had been newly renovated. If we are ever in the area, we will return!!

I brought my car in and they were very professional and kind when speaking with me. They described exactly what they were going to do and why, and never gave me any doubt! Also, I paid the quoted price, and when I needed connectors to fix some wiring, they called me beforehand to ask for my permission, and to discuss the price again. I am super grateful and would defo bring my car here again. I brought it in with 30 codes and left with 0! 😛😛

Moved our son into Ferris and our car broke down. Johnson’s had great reviews so we trusted them to repair it. Great communication as to the problems found, what needed addressing, and what could wait. Thank you Johnson’s!
