Helpful and friendly. Detected some issues that I will address.Very professional.

We recognize that we did not follow though. The customer had dropped the vehicle off at 8am, at 10 o'clock we called to ask what time he wanted the vehicle back and he stated I have been waiting for it. We had it done in 45 min.

Johnson's is very friendly and does a thorough job.

I did feel that she left without understanding fully the repairs that will need to be performed. We tried to explain it as well as we could. Cars are frustrating at times, we all know that.

Found out what 3 other mechanics couldn't. Also provided a free diagnosis of things wrong with my car that I would have never known and could have got in an accident. A+ service

I was contacted less than an hour what the problem was and the cost to repair. Plus they contacted me later of other repairs my truck needed and the cost to repair them. And they called me as soon as my truck was done and could be picked up. They are very professional and friendly.
