Very thorough and detailed inspection, and the actual work on my brakes took a shorter time than I was told it would. And they answer all questions in detail, very helpful staff.

This business was prompt, friendly, thorough and easy to do business with. While my problem hasn't been completely fixed yet I am satisfied they will continue to work with me until it is. I was impressed with the amount of info they shared with me. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Johnsons Automotive for service. While this place isn't the cheapest I say you get what you pay for. I recommend this business. Five stars!

Thorough run down of the work needed and worked preformed. Price made sense for the work needed to get done and they were able to get it done sooner than expected. I also like how they treat customers like they care and ask questions to help better understand how they can help. I enjoyed the professionalism and atmosphere of johnson's and will go back if needed and will recommend them whenever possible.

Johnson automotive fixed an inside door handle for my college age son and charged $300 about twice what would be expected. beware of the high fees at this location

Excellent experience! They got the car in diagnosed it ordered the part and called me and said it wouldn't be done until the next week then call me back a couple hours later and said it would be done that day. Very happy
