We recently had an issue with a previous repair performed by Johnson’s Automotive. So we came back to their shop and they determined it was something under warranty. The staff took care of the issue in an expedient and professional manner. They stand behind their work and I look forward to doing more business with them in the near future. Thank you!

Everyone was great. My only complaint is that every garage I have had to use waived the diagnostic cost if they fix it. Not here.

Needed a new radiator. Dropped my vehicle off at 1pm and they called at 4pm to say it was done.-and this was on a Friday afternoon, Appreciated the prompt and professional service.

Johnson's automotive always takes amazing care of our vehicles and has outstanding customer service. They are clear about what is wrong with the vehicle and what work needs to be done. It's the only shop in the area I would take my vehicles to for repairs.

Had an issue with my park in neutral connector. Brought it into the shop, they said it was fixed. Picked it up and after two times of starting it, the fix stopped working. I paid about $350 for that. I have another, and I'm going to do the rest of the work myself.

Johnson's Automotive sems to be a bit more pricey than some of our other options, but you get what you pay for. They are very thorough and get the job done right. The vacuum pump for the power brakes seized and sheared a bolt on the camshaft. It could have been bad, but they were able to extract the broken bolt and get me on the road.

I had my engine light come on and took my 2015 Buick Encore to Johnson's and they diagnosed problem(catalytic converter) ordered part had it done when promised and less than what the quote was-so awesome and professional. I so appreciate the work - the kindness - the car runs beautifully and I will continue to use and recommend them to anyone who needs service. I feel blessed to have them for my car when needed.
