While Mike was incredibly polite and respectful, nothing got fixed on my car. They replaced a FUNCTIONAL part and my check engine light came back on the next day. I also requested that they not replace the part in the first place since the notes mentioned it was functional upon inspection... I now have to pay for the diagnoses and the part all to have back a still broken car, not quite sure I'll be returning but the customer service has certainly been given with a smile. *ETA* This review was given before I went back to finish payment. They have offered to rediagnose at no charge. But when I came back, I did in fact state that the running condition was still poor. I understand after speaking with your mechanics why the part was replaced. They've been very helpful through this whole headache, but no, your sensor hasn't fixed anything.

Hi Marissa, this is Lee Johnson. I went over the notes and I do see how it looks like we said the o2 sensor was working normally at this time. however if intermittently not working could cause all of the complains notes. This sensor is in control of the air and fuel mixture on the cylinders that were misfiring. The technician stated that the misfire only occurred for about 30 seconds and then stopped. Our best suggestion was to replace the o2 sensor for bank 2 to see if it would repair the misfiring/rough running engine issue and we also stated that this sensor can cause all the codes to set so we needed to start there and if the light comes back on we would need to scan and diagnose the issue from there. When you came in the other day you stated the light was on but did not say it was running poorly? Has it been running correctly? The sensor was an attempt to fix the running condition. We scanned the vehicles codes when you were here and it was a p0420 catalyst efficiency, but this code should not cause a running issue, and this code was documented as one of the codes that had set in the initial diagnostic and we thought may return but did not know if it was a result of the faulty sensor. If the vehicle is still running poorly then we would be glad to Diagnose the issue from here at no charge. I hope you understand we had to replace the o2 sensor or get it to act up more multiple times in order to make the diagnosis any clearer. If the vehicle is running properly now then the sensor did fix the issue but the p0420 was not caused by the o2 sensor and so it returned.
