I would give Johnson's Automotive 10 stars if they would allow it. They are very honest, have reasonable prices and are very quick. They also give you excellent customer service along with good information about your vehicle. I will definitely always give them my business when needed.

They have a lovely sitting room with very comfortable seats available. They were very nice and did not pressure me into fixing other issues with my car. It was a nice "this is other things we found, call us if you'd like us to get it fixed up for you". While waiting for my car to be done, I couldn't help but hear their communication between the various workers. They seem to respect each other and value each others ideas and opinions. Overall it was a wonderful experience, I'm looking forward to my next visit. (knock on wood, hopefully not soon).

Great Service Great People More than Fair Prices

I absolutely love johnsons automotive, when I first moved to the big Rapids area about 2 years ago, I was nervous to find a new mechanic. I had called all over to try and find one with reasonable pricing as well as one that actually knows what they're doing and my fiance and I settled with Johnson's automotive. We have been taking our cars there for repairs ever since. My recent trip there was to get a new connector placed on my headlight because my other one was burnt, I had went to two other places beforehand to try and get it fixed and they were rude and wouldn't replace it, you guys got me right in and about an hour later all my headlights were working again. Quick and fantastic service everytime I come there, reasonable pricing, and the interior of your guys shop is warm and inviting and you are always so nice to us whenever we come in, thank you for all your hard work!
