Adam offered an appt on Friday. I was happy with that, though it's been rainy...and I had no heater/ac. The fan motor died. I have a medical condition that causes an intolerance to cold. Adam called right back and offered me an appt same day- since someone else cancelled. They had my car fixed the same day. :)
