Adam offered an appt on Friday. I was happy with that, though it's been rainy...and I had no heater/ac. The fan motor died. I have a medical condition that causes an intolerance to cold. Adam called right back and offered me an appt same day- since someone else cancelled. They had my car fixed the same day. :)

I brought my car in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. I asked them to take a look at my ac since, on the one truly warm day we had, it was merely blowing warm air. They ascertained the issue, told me the cost, and were able to repair it for me while I was there. I’m always pleased with the service I receive there.

I have had the opportunity to use Johnson Automotive throughout my time at Ferris and they are absolutely great!! They take pride in serving their customers well.
