Great people and service!

Adam was very helpful with getting the best settlement on my warranty. Took the car for a road test to confirm the problem. Like a doctor's trreadmill! Johnson's was recommended by the dealer that sold me the car. Service was prompt and I was helped all the way to get on my way.

We took my van here for an oil change and inspection before we drove it to Florida. It was 2 days before we left and I didnt use the van again after that, so I assumed everything was good to go and didn't check anything under the hood before we left. We got halfway through our trip and the check engine light came on, we stopped to check it out and discovered the cap on the coolant reservoir wasnt on and the coolant was nearly gone. It was a mistake on our part to not double check before we left but we assumed a professional would do their job thoroughly. I got a call from the owner after leaving this review so I am changing from 1 star to 3 stars. The owner expressed his apologies which I very much appreciate. He cares enough about his customers and company to make that call. We all make mistakes so I will try this shop again in the future but will be sure to have them double check everything.

Courteous and professional at Johnson's. I was visiting my sister from 800 miles away when my air conditioning went out and they scheduled an appointment, checked the system out and performed a recharge of they system and added coolant and we were ready to go. Would definitely use them again if I ever encounter issues in Michigan again. My sister also uses them for her repairs and service.
