Very prompt and very professional!!! They go above and beyond to get you serviced the way it should be with very little down time. They cut me a break on the over all work and the work they did was amazing. I’m definitely taking more vehicles to them in the future hands down best shop in the area. They did a complete rear end rebuild along with brakes calipers rotors and brake lines in 3 days and I was back in my truck driving the way it should be thanks Johnson’s I will be recommending you to everybody from now on!!!

Adam kept me posted about my repair when a part they were waiting for had to be ordered and they were at the mercy of the supplier. They replaced brake lines and hoses and even changed a bulb that they noticed was out! They were reasonable, respectfull and polite. If anything, God forbid, should go out on my Subaru I will definitely call Johnson"s!

I only called because I needed advice and I got what I needed thank you very much I'm a do-it-yourselfer but if I ever have an issue where I can't get it repaired myself I would recommend this place

I have relied on Johnson’s for all my automotive needs since moving to Big Rapids in 2009. My 1999 Honda had 265k miles on it when I traded up for a 2011. I’m aiming for 500, 000 on this one. I am grateful for the honesty, the knowledge, the skill and the gracious service that Johnson’s consistently delivers.
