Got there right at 8:00 am the got my car right in and diagnosed the problem in a half an hour and had my car fixed within another 30 minutes. Very impressed, this is why I've never taken my vehicles anywhere else.

Thank you for your attention to my car last week. Johnson's got my car in to check out my transmission problem within a day. They diagnosed the problem, after inspection, in 1 day. However, since I own a 2004 car with lots of miles, I hesitated to actually get my car fixed; I had just put $359.00 into it in February of this year, and I am still undecided whether to go forward with another $470. bill or not. This was no problem for Johnson's; who very professionally released the car back to me with a very reasonable fee if $40.00. They inspected the car and put 3 quarts of transmission oil in it; a good value for the money spent.

Johnsons Automotive is the best around as far as I'm concerned. I've been to most in my area Reed City, and have been very unhappy. Johnson's was very straight forward on pricing, and their timing. I appreciated that so much, and their communications was fantastic. If you need any work to be done I wouldn't hesitate.
