We moved to Big Rapids recently and with that comes the headache of finding your trusted doctor, dentist, optometrist, handyman, mechanic, etc... I am SO happy we found Johnson Automotive. Several times they have quoted us for work, then called back and said they found out it will be much cheaper because the problem wasn't as big as they thought. MAking sure we only fix what's needed. They work quickly and (in my experience) they have come in under their estimate for work every time. Great customer service as well. Phone calls are always clear and they take the time to explain if we don't understand what work needs done. Wonderful new reception area too. Free coffee, nice chairs, cool looking desks. Very snazzy. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone and as long as we live in the area we will be going to them to get work done on our vehicles.
