As cliche as it ALL sounds, Johnson's made me feel like family or, at the very least, a valuable friend. They are: TRUSTWORTHY- this is as important as being skilled. ACCOMMODATING - due to my work schedule, Lee provided an estimate over the phone, a loaner vehicle, and special pick up/drop off arrangements. PATIENT- answered my many questions, in great detail, throughout the repair process. PROFESSIONAL- Adam has great communication skills. QUICK-repairs were completed within promised timeframe. SAFE- they took measures to assure a safe environment for drop off and pick up. HONEST- there were a couple of adjustments to the price; however, I was notified appropriately and given time and control over how to proceed. REPUTABLE - Johnson's was recommended to me and I recommend them to you! 🚘

I would highly recommend Johnson's Automotive Repair. My car needed a new battery. Before installing the battery, Bill called me to tell me how much it would cost and also did some other testing. I did not have to wait long for the battery to be installed and because I had no way to pick up my car, Bill came to my home and picked me up. Also, the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Honestly I’ve never had an auto repair shop be so good to me. I’ve been there twice now for two separate issues and both times they’ve very considerate and treated me like family which was so appreciated. I live 3 hours from my family and from the person who usually fixes my car so having Johnson’s be so close and so reliable has been great.
