I own a small business, and currently I am in the heat of a very busy season. I called into Johnson’s this morning, in need of an emergency repair on a band that broke on my gas tank while out on a route. I’m sure it’s challenging to do this for every instance, but they were able to get me right in and fix my problem within an Hour of calling. Greg, is always helpful and accommodating and I am very grateful for the work that Johnsons has done for my business, and myself. I would recommend Johnson’s automotive to anyone looking for quality, kindness, and prompt service. Thanks again, Greg, and staff!

We were on vacation from Indianapolis heading up to the Traverse City area for Opening Day when the alternator went out on my 2015 Honda Pilot around the Big Rapids area. Got in touch with Johnson's Automotive and, upon hearing of our circumstances, they ordered the part and squeezed us in during what appeared to be a very busy day. Total time from calling the tow truck to being back on the road was about 2 hours. Barely a blink. Lee and the whole team were fantastic! Fishing trip disaster avoided. This trout's dedicated to Johnson's Auto Repair. :)

The guys at Johnson’s made time to run a diagnostic on my vehicle for me same day. The office staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I would recommend this shop highly.

Don’t recommend this place!!! It’s a scam and if u consider even getting your car looked at they charge over $100 to do so. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car and they claim they diagnosed it so I had to pay $129 just to get it towed from that place to a shop I know best..They overpriced and not negotiable or considerate! Lesson learned do your research or go to a shop and or mechanic you’ve been getting serviced from.

I’m sorry you had your vehicle towed to our shop before you found out that there was a diagnostic charge. I don’t believe we tricked you in anyway. We have replaced many parts customers have asked us to replace only to find out, It did not fix the vehicle so we charge diagnostics to ensure that the customer’s protected because many symptoms appeared to be the same problem, but they have different problems, causing the same symptom.
