Don’t recommend this place!!! It’s a scam and if u consider even getting your car looked at they charge over $100 to do so. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car and they claim they diagnosed it so I had to pay $129 just to get it towed from that place to a shop I know best..They overpriced and not negotiable or considerate! Lesson learned do your research or go to a shop and or mechanic you’ve been getting serviced from.

I’m sorry you had your vehicle towed to our shop before you found out that there was a diagnostic charge. I don’t believe we tricked you in anyway. We have replaced many parts customers have asked us to replace only to find out, It did not fix the vehicle so we charge diagnostics to ensure that the customer’s protected because many symptoms appeared to be the same problem, but they have different problems, causing the same symptom. I had 3 opinions from other repair shops asto what my trouble was with my Outback-- one was I needed perhaps a new transmission ! After talking to Adam I felt confident that he knew what my issue was. I scheduled a repair- within days rather than weeks! I was told to plan on a 4 hour wait- it was fixed in 2 and a half hours! I will definitely share my good experience with others and heartily recommend them!!

Excellent service in and out at what could've been a lengthy repair. Had the parts with in a short time, and repair in couple hours. Was in the area from the U.P. and back on the road. Thanks so much!
