Excellent service and couldn’t ask for better customer service. Answered all our questions First time being there and will definitely will be returning for service on our other vehicle. If you need service on your vehicle I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I deeply appreciated that when I called I was taken seriously, being I am female! I loved that the tone of their voice didn't change because I was a girl calling with an issue! That to me gained their respect, right out of the gate. When they called to talk to me about something else that needed to be fixed they were sweet about it and explained everything in details I understood. The repair work has been amazing I have Air conditioning again and I don't have to worry about breaking down! I will recommend these guys to everyone I know! They had my truck done in one day, even tho it was a 6hr job! 100% for the staff on friendliness when I picked it up as well and they explained the warranty for the parts and labor to me and I am a very happy customer! I did make an appointment to have the work done, it was not an emergency break down.

I was told the problem was The fuel pump. They changed it out and that did not fix the problem. So they told me they were gonna work on it that night because They think it was the line that went into the gas tank it could’ve been something that came apart. They never started working on it till the following Monday. I didn’t like the fact that I had made an appointment to have my truck worked on they stopped working on it and worked on somebody else’s vehicle before mine was done. I was told good things about this place but that did not fit into my criteria as being a professional business you don’t stop working on somebody’s vehicle till it’s done. On that Friday I thought they were working on it they never called me.I was getting worried that something must really be wrong I called them and that’s when I found out that they had never even worked on it that day that they moved to somebody else’s vehicle.

I understand your concerns. I think that if I remember the conversation we had, I stated that because of the issue we were going to have to Try to squeeze it back in "I can't make any promises at this point". You seemed ok with that (because you agreeed to those terms) and then we found that we were unable to squeeze it in on friday so we used a slot on monday to get it back apart and fix the issue. I thought I called you but if not I should have called you on friday evening to let you know it was going to be monday before we could get it worked in, I am sorry about that.
