My family had been struggling with issues on our two cars for about a year and I was at my wit's end stressing about not having at least one functional car. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Staff was always very kind and understanding of our financial limitations, they gave me a referral for an affordable tow in the area that provided excellent customer service as well. Johnson's worked with us to make sure our vehicle was running smoothly but didn't push any repairs or services that we were not able to afford at the time. Everyone was communicative, the service was quick and best of all, unlike the other shop we had been going to, we never had to go back because things were repaired correctly the first time! It's been a few months and my car is still running great. I was very impressed with everything they did for us. We're obviously not looking forward to the next time one of our cars needs to be fixed, but when that time comes, without a doubt I am calling Johnson's!
