Thank you for letting us know. I know it is not uncommon for us to run about 45 min on an oil change, but we shoot for under an hour. We are not really able to go under 25 min at the fastest, do to the amount of things we check during the oil change. I am sorry it took an hour. We do not look to compete with the quick lube in time, because we compete with competence. We strive to give you all the accurate information necessary to keep you safe. That information does require us to spend more time with your vehicle, and we should have told you it would be at least 45 min. I am sorry we forgot to inform you of the time restraint.

Thank goodness we did not go over on the price. We try so hard to stick to the original price and time for that matter, but sometime there are things we can not see or control.
