If I could give them negative starts I would! Took my car here because the headlights were malfunctioning at night. Which is very dangerous and concerning. They made me aware of $129 diagnostic fee, which I believe is fair. But then they called to ask if they could have two more hours because I have not figured out the issue and my radio was not corresponding with the system. I asked if this was going to resolve my headlight issue as well because I’m not really concerned about my radio that’s not why I brought it in. And they said yes, they think that this might be an overall fix so I okayed another two hours at $129 an hour. After that I had about a $400 fee, they had not figured out what was wrong with my headlights yet and asked to bring it back as they were driving it during the day and did not see the headlights acting up. I asked how I would do that as it only happens at night and they suggested to bring it back a different night so they could keep it overnight. I agreed and brought it in days later when they were available. After keeping it overnight, I received another phone call the mechanic wanted three more hours to diagnose it. They couldn’t tell if it was a wire issue or a modular issue. I asked if I was understanding correctly, it was going to be near $1000 just to figure out what was wrong with my car without any repairs? They confirmed that that was a case. Needless to say I declined the three extra hours and will be picking my car up and taking it to a dealership or different shop. My mind is blown I’m out at $400, without use of my car for several hours in exactly where I started. Do not take your car here.

I went to Johnson's Automotive after visiting several local garages, including a Ford dealership, because my Ford Escape was doing some really crazy, unpredictable things. I was over the moon happy with Johnson's before they even worked on my car, simply because I felt like they were taking my concerns seriously, the other garages made me feel like they were just blowing me off, like I was just a crazy old lady that was making up these stories about the weird things my car was doing. Johnson's were thorough and honest, walked me through everything they were doing. In the end, they were open and honest, they said, they didn't know if they had fixed it, but didn't seem to be any more issues with it. It has been a week now, and my car is working perfect, as it did before all the strange issues started. I am just elated to have somebody validate my concerns and address the issues. They recommended that I have a rusty part of my coolant system replaced and , upon my agreement, ordered the part for the repair. I came in to have it fixed and , as usual, am very happy with the results.

They do remarkable service and go above and beyond. I’ve never had an issue and I’m grateful to have them fix any repair I have. Y’all are awesome.🙂
