Highly recommend Johnson’s automotive repair. I was an out of town person driving on the highway going up north. I suddenly had a car issue. I called around and found this place. They were able to get me in fast and quick with my out of town circumstances . I met the owner Lee and he was so nice! I highly suggest using their services, as they are honest quick and effective. You’ll also be supporting a business that is owned by a good person!

We've had a lot of issues with my vehicle lately, so have had to make multiple trips into the shop. There were some challanges with one of the repairs, but the team was diligent in their efforts to get it figured out. Very thankful for their hard work!

We took our vehicle here because we saw great reviews.... please dont.. dropped off on a Monday, with some lights on dash for abs, traction control, and vsc.. on wed they called and said to fix that and a few other things was going to be $2600.00. Ok let's get it done. So Friday we get a call that its done. We work out of town and couldn't get there till after they closed. Got in the vehicle started it... well the dash lights are still there And a new one.. check engine.... We called that next Tues to get it back in. Thursday my husband got a call that its another $1100.00... ok but now I'm angry, we pick it up and still has the lights on the dash.. I will say that it does break better than it has since we owned it, but the hassle of everything, the money and not feeling like it got fixed, with now a check engine light on...

Fast, thorough and affordable!

My husband and I got stranded in Mount Pleasant after our truck overheated. I called Johnson’s, they got us in within 40 minutes and back on the road within 2 hours. Shout out to the office manager, Katie! Staff is super friendly and professional. I can’t thank them enough!

Just moved to Big Rapids to go to Ferris. I ran over a manhole on a dirt road where they were doing construction. My car started to make weird noises. I knew I should get it looked at before it could potentially end up being a bigger issue. They looked at it right away, and also took it for a test drive to figure out what was wrong. The dust cover broke off, and was wedged in between my calipers and brakes. They ripped it out and didn’t charge me for their time. The guy at the front desk and the guy that looked at my car were kind to me. Being away from home they gave me a sense of security about the safety of driving my car. Thank you Johnson’s Automotive.
