With them listening and a pen pointing the issue my car runs so much better. I am from out of town and my car died on hi-way in the evening . I called a few places that would not accommodate me for a week! Johnson’s got me in the next morning and my vehicle was repaired by 9:30 am. I wish I lived in the area just so I could use them when I need a mechanic. Highly recommend this company. Needed my AC in my 2019 Jetta repaired. So blessed to have found Johnson's Automotive Repair. Dealership was the only place I could find to repair it with it being foreign until I found Johnson's. Major price difference and a way better customer service experience.Hands down the best customer service and service I've had in the auto repair world. We were on our way to our northern place in Branch, Michigan when our transmission coolant line decided to snap. We called around to different auto repair shops in Big Rapids before the tow service arrived so we knew who would be willing to look at it. We arrived at Johnson’s with in an hour of closing. They were nice enough to move a vehicle out of one of their bays to allow one of their mechanics to look at ours. The part that would be needed would take one or two days to get into the shop. They were able to give us a temporary fix to get us on our way safely to our destination and eventually on our way back home, another 250 miles. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness, knowledge and professionalism. We are safe at home now and waiting on the part to arrive at our local mechanics garage. Thank you for everything.
